OR? App End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the OR? app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

The developer ("Licensor," Apps on Demand LLC) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the App for commercial purposes without written consent from Apps on Demand LLC.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the App.

4. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App and all associated intellectual property remain with Apps on Demand LLC.

5. Content

Some in-app content (including questions, graphics, audio, and user submissions) is provided for entertainment purposes. Apps on Demand LLC is not responsible for user-generated content.

6. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or by Apple's App Store policies.

7. Termination

Your license is effective until terminated. This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the App.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Apps on Demand LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent not prohibited by law, Apps on Demand LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Apple Required Statement

This Agreement is between you and Apps on Demand LLC, not with Apple. Apps on Demand LLC, not Apple, is responsible for the App and its content. Your use of the App must comply with the App Store Terms of Service.
